Talent Pool | Full Stack Development

Build the product layer that makes people trust what an AI generated enough to bet millions on it — full stack, no playbook, real enterprise clients.

The product you'll build doesn't exist anywhere yet

Galaxies builds Synthetic Personas — models that simulate real audiences so marketing, product, and innovation teams can test hypotheses before spending months and millions finding out an idea didn't work.

The technical challenge

There's a gap between "the model works" and "the person using it trusts the result enough to make a million-dollar decision based on it." That gap is your terrain.

Building an interface for generative AI is a new problem with no manual: latency you can't hide, responses that aren't deterministic, uncertainty that has to be communicated without breaking trust, data volume that doesn't fit on a screen. Every product decision we make here is, at its core, a decision about how to get someone to understand and trust something a machine generated.

If you've ever caught yourself thinking the hard part of AI isn't the model but the product around it, we'll probably get along.

What you'll find here

  • Actually full stack. No getting boxed into a single layer. You'll go from database to interface, and you'll take part in deciding what to build, not just how.

  • Startup scale, lab-grade problems. We're a lean team. There's no bureaucracy between you and a real technical decision. What you propose on Monday can be running by Friday.

  • Real enterprise clients. What you build ends up in the hands of people who decide the direction of massive brands. Feedback is real, and it comes fast.

  • Uncharted territory. A lot of this still has no playbook (sometimes not even in the market). If you like being the first person to solve something, you'll thrive here.

  • Actually remote, from day one. No office, no city requirement, no presence theater.

What tends to work well here

  • Product sense. People who ask "why are we building this?" before opening the editor.

  • Pragmatism. We pick the solution that solves the problem, not the one that trends on Twitter.

  • Autonomy with accountability. A lean team means room to decide — and to own the decision.

  • Curiosity about the domain. People who care about how personas actually work build better things than people who just implement the ticket.

Profiles we're mapping

  • Full Stack Engineer — front and back, with an appetite for both ends

  • Front-end, heavyweight — people who build complex interfaces for data and AI

  • Back-end, heavyweight — APIs, integrations, and application infrastructure

  • All seniority levels

  • Advanced English: we're preparing for international expansion, and English will be required soon.

If your profile is a hybrid or doesn't fit neatly into any of these titles, send it anyway.

How it works

Our engineering team grows alongside the product, and our best hires started as a conversation, not a selection process.
