Senior Client Partner
Own the client relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion — the strategic, consultative voice enterprise accounts talk to, not just the person who checks in.
The mission
Be the single point of contact and the person accountable for the client relationship, in a journey that starts at onboarding. A consultative, strategic role built on three integrated fronts: strategic advisory, internal orchestration, and ownership of revenue and expansion.
The client journey has two zones of ownership: the Project (pre-work, setup, and onboarding), managed by the Project Manager, and the Account (validation, ramp-up, expansion, and renewal), which is yours. You take part in the kick-off and run onboarding in partnership with the data team — from go-live on, the relationship is yours.
What you'll do
Strategic account management. A plan per account with objectives, milestones, risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities. An enterprise book of business segmented by tier (based on active licenses), each with its own cadence, business reviews, and renewal window.
Real multi-threaded relationships. From day-to-day users to C-suite sponsors (CMI, CMO, VP Marketing, CGO). Run MBRs and EBRs — and raise the conversation to business strategy, not a feature list.
Adoption and value realization. Fast time-to-value: onboarding, synthetic persona setup, enablement, and planning. Run every phase of the lifecycle (onboarding, validation, ramp-up, consolidation, renewal) and monitor Health Score, use-case KPIs, engagement, and CSAT.
Predictable retention. Spot renewal risk early through the Health Score and lead renewals proactively. Every at-risk account gets an action plan within 24 hours.
Expansion engine. Systematically identify cross-sell and upsell — new segments, business units, brands, and regions that could take on additional licenses. Structure the opportunity and coordinate with the AE on negotiation and close.
Advocacy and voice of the customer. Turn champions into advocates (case studies, testimonials, references), and bring feedback, feature requests, and market signal back to Product and leadership.
