Senior Full Stack Developer

What you'll do

• Deliver projects end-to-end. You get a problem, not a fully-baked spec. You write the system design, gather feedback, make the call, and ship to production — backend, frontend, and AI integration in the same flow.

• Keep critical systems healthy in production, within agreed SLOs and with frequent deploys and no structural regressions.

• Leave decisions traceable in system designs and ADRs — including the decision not to build something now.

• Negotiate scope with Product. Break large deliverables into slices that validate the hypothesis faster.

• Address one systemic problem per cycle — refactoring, migration, observability, security. Something nobody asked for but the area needed.

• Make the team more autonomous: code reviews that teach, docs that become reference material, reusable automation.

You own the project you're touching. Anything that affects another domain, data, or meaningful infra cost gets aligned with tech leadership before you close it — everything else, you close on your own. Faced with an ambiguous problem, don't show up with an open question: show up with a defensible proposal and mapped trade-offs.

Requirements
Required:

• Deep backend skills: Python (FastAPI), async and concurrency with command of the trade-offs, aggressive refactoring without breaking production

• Domain modeling: DDD with tactical patterns, anti-corruption layer for vendor domains, judgment on modular monolith vs. microservices — including when not to fragment

• Distributed systems: versioned APIs, idempotency, eventual consistency, queues/cache/workers (Pub/Sub, SQS, Redis), near real-time async processing

• Frontend autonomy: React + TypeScript, complex state, REST/GraphQL, LLM streaming and AI UX

• Databases: relational and NoSQL modeling, query and index optimization, trade-offs across stacks (PostgreSQL × MongoDB × BigQuery × Redis)

• Cloud, observability and CI/CD: GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run) and/or AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3), OpenTelemetry, feature flags, canary releases

• Applied AI: agent orchestration, RAG, structured extraction from unstructured data

• Security: OWASP Top 10, OAuth/JWT, PII and secrets

• Intermediate English: we're preparing for international expansion, and English will be required soon.

Nice to have: Terraform or other IaC · evals for AI systems (DeepEval or equivalent) · idempotency in financial integrations · experience on a small, senior team where each person owns an entire project · early-stage startup experience · affinity for artificial intelligence
